Mô tả công việc

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets (English-speaking countries and beyond). 

  • Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels such as email, linkedin…

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and proposing suitable IT solutions (Outsourcing, SaaS, or software services).

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Technical Leaders to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and strategic directions for business expansion

  • Plan and execute sales strategies, including client segmentation, market targeting, and key account management.

  • (Optional) Contribute to marketing initiatives — including content planning, visual direction, and campaign execution — to support lead generation and brand awareness.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years in IT Outsourcing, SaaS, software, or technology services.

  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships with global clients through proactive communication and consultation.

  • Strong analytical skills in market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer profiling.

  • Experience in sales planning, market analysis, and partnership development.

  • Good understanding of marketing principles (content creation, branding, or campaign planning) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficient in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher).

Điểm cộng

  • Have experience in hunting new clients or exploring new markets. 

  • Solid understanding of IT and digital products/services; background in Technical/Technology fields is a strong advantage.

  • Experience in international markets — candidates who have lived, worked, or frequently collaborated with overseas partners, especially in English-speaking countries, are preferred.

  • Good understanding of marketing principles (content creation, branding, or campaign planning) is a plus.
