Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Technical Leaders to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and strategic directions for business expansion
Plan and execute sales strategies, including client segmentation, market targeting, and key account management.
(Optional) Contribute to marketing initiatives — including content planning, visual direction, and campaign execution — to support lead generation and brand awareness.
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years in IT Outsourcing, SaaS, software, or technology services.
Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships with global clients through proactive communication and consultation.
Strong analytical skills in market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer profiling.
Experience in sales planning, market analysis, and partnership development.
Good understanding of marketing principles (content creation, branding, or campaign planning) is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher).
Base salary: Up to 30M
