
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements to propose tailored IT solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including social media, networking events.
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base in English Speaking Countries.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential clients and emerging markets
1+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving business development targets and closing deals.
Excellent English skills (IELTS 6.5).
Base salary: Upto 30M
Commission-based incentives: 1~5%
